We have got your back under our guarantee. We will take care of your merchandise for one year from the date of purchase if any damage to the material or craftsmanship of the products. Contact us at minedjewels@gmail.com and we will work together to find a solution.

All our jewelry is handcrafted with natural organic materials. The warranty does not cover, missing goods, scratches caused by regular wear and tear (such as bent ring or broken chain), inappropriate use or storage of your product, and any modification by a third party other than Mined Jewels.

Please take care of your jewelry to preserve the finish for an extended time please store each piece of jewelry separately in pouch/box it was packed.

Your beautiful jewelry should be the last piece of adornment after you dress up/ apply your makeup/perfume so that the chemicals do not settle on your jewelry.

All orders are processed and packaged in 2-3 business days after receiving the order. Estimated delivery time varies by destination. It usually takes between 1-7 days to reach to you. All packages will be shipped from our office in Texas for USA or Pune, India

All items will be shipped in 1-3 business days by priority USPS within United States with Tracking (We do not ship to P O Boxes) 

All items will be shipped in 1-3 business days by dtdc within India with Tracking 

All items outside of USA & India will be shipped in 6-10 business days dependent on the shipping selected during checkout. Please note that all international orders are subject to custom fees in the destination country which may result in additional charge and/or delay for delivery.

All custom orders take 5-6 weeks.

It does not fit! Can I exchange it?

We would like you to treasure your Mined Jewels forever like precious heirlooms. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to exchange it for you.

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer free exchange. Please request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Shipping charges will apply.  For all International orders customs and shipping will be calculated at actuals and will apply.

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on purchases made on minedjewels.com or any of our stockists.

However, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has yet to be processed we will issue a refund within 3 business days.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
