Shipping Information

All orders are processed and packaged in 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time varies by destination. All packages will be shipped from our office in Texas for USA or Pune, India

All items will be shipped in 1-3 business days by priority USPS within United States with Tracking (We do not ship to P O Boxes) 

All items will be shipped in 1-3 business days by dtdc within India with Tracking 

All items outside of USA & India will be shipped in 6-10 business days dependent on the shipping selected during checkout. Please note that all international orders are subject to custom fees in the destination country which may result in additional charge and/or delay for delivery. We will not be able to monitor, or be responsible for the same.

Please let us know if its a gift and we will gladly add a Gift Note with your message. Please send us the details on the note with your name and order number at minedjewels@gmail.com 

Returns & Exchanges

All products are checked for quality once again before they are packed but in case you want to return any item, please send damage claim to minedjewels@gmail.com. We will contact you within 2 business days to coordinate your return. Please do not return goods without contacting our squad. Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

It is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. We do not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.

Customer shipping fees will not be refunded unless the product is damaged or defective. 

We accept returns of products purchased from minedjewels.com. All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized to those retailers.

We can not accept returns for Custom or personalized orders
